Very, very unlikely since nothing really appears to “stand out.” Of course it can also depend on the opportunities you have and other factors we don’t know about, but admissions internationally is extremely competitive at MIT (~150 accepted each year), so you’ll need something that really shows potential.
As you said, I also thought that I did not have a very strong point that help me stand out and get in MIT. And I think only things that I will be able to do are to improve my reading scores(I think it is possible because I took the SAT 1year ago and studied so much after that)and take participate in a big math contest that will be held in November in a famous college in my country (I think it’s taugh because I am so terrible at math that I fail in my entrance examination in my country only because of math)because I was graduated from my high school and rejected from my first choice school( In my country, a student have only one chance to apply national university only where I can afford to go because of my family´s financial situation in a year), and I am taking a gap year to get in a college of my choice. In addition, if I have a unique point, I made much effort to study and keep my position in a honor student with full scholarship for over four years and to support my family because my family is very poor and I could not go to a high school without my merit scholarship and I did not hope to give up my dream to become a physics researcher, though I think this is not an appeal point.
So, though shamelessly, I would like to ask you what I can do to improve my chance and make my dream come true. Could you tell me about it?
(Sorry so long.)
