What are my chance to get in Calarts, SVA, Pratt?

<p>This is my on-line portfolio, I need someone to critisize it~~ HELP!!!!!!! the 1st short film is made in 2d animation

<p>I applied to transfer to CalArts, USC, Pratt, SVA animation program,
I am second year student in the university of British Columbia. </p>

<p>What are my chances to get in and will my portfolio able to get into the third year, if not, which year would you say?</p>

<p>There are some current art school (CalArts, SAV, USC) students who can offer you feedback. </p>

<p>My son applied to USC, CalArts, and others. Each school was looking for something very different. He could have split his portfolio in half between RISD and CalArts… each one discounted what the other said to keep. Have you been to a Portfolio review with any of the schools? That is probably the most important thing you can do. I would look for feedback first from the school officials, second from an actual student at the school and lastly from the rest of us. That said, I really like your stuff. It looks more like what USC and RISD were looking for (more polish) than what CalArts was looking for (more raw).</p>

<p>By the way my son selected Character Animation at CalArts. He felt that CalArts matched his style.</p>
