Hello,
I am a rising sophomore starting in September and one of my biggest goals is to get into an Ivy League school, but if I am honest I am perfectly happy if I had a chance to get into great schools like Duke, Vanderbilt, and Johns Hopkins. How are my chances looking? I would really appreciate if I got advice on what to do these last two years I have before applying e.g. Summer programs, awards to aspire for, extra curriculars...

GPA: 4.0833 (only two honors available freshman year--English and Geometry)
Sophomore year load: Advanced Spanish II, Wind Ensemble, Chemistry Honors, Biology Honors, Algebra II Honors, Latin IV Honors.
EC's: volunteering at local hospital once I am eligible at age 16, looking to attend UVA summer volunteering program, looking to attend Latin Gov School, shadow general surgeon.
Clarinet player (12th chair all honors symphonic band--only freshman in group, 6th chair all-area, 2nd chair in class), played in pep band at football games.
Model UN, NHS, Interact Club (hoping to be executive in later years), Latin Club.
Invited to attend Youth Leadership Program at local college, National Latin Exam gold medalist, CAV Latin Tournament honorable mention(there were no first, second, or third places received), won World Geography and Latin III academic awards.
Played JV/Varsity lacrosse freshman year, going to play tennis instead starting sophomore year-senior.
I have a legacy at Yale University and Cornell.
I am of Asian/Indian ethnicity and a girl.
I am looking into the PRE-med field.

Am I on the right track for schools like Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, and Duke? Any advice you guys can give me on what I should look to do sophomore/junior year would be greatly appreciated. Any tips on SATs, AP's, and essays? It's my biggest dream to go to a school like the ones I mentioned. Any and all advice is appreciated! Thank you guys so much!
