What are my chances at BU, BC, UVA, UVM (honors college) and UMass (honors college)?

SAT: 2000 composite (600 reading / 730 math / 670 writing)
ACT: 30 composite (25 english / 30 reading / 32 math / 31 science)

Freshman year (core classes): CP Physics, CP English, Honors Geometry, Honors Advanced Algebra, Honors World History 1, Spanish 2

Sophomore year (core classes): Honors Chemistry, CP English, Honors F.S.T. (functions, stats and trig), Honors World History 2, Spanish 3.

Junior Year (core classes): Honors Biology, Honors English, Honors Pre-calc, Honors American History, Honors Spanish 4 literature

Senior Year (core classes): CP Environmental Science (half-year), CP Astronomy (half-year), CP International Relations (half-year), Honors Government (half-year), Honors Economics (half-year), Honors English, AP Calculus BC

My UW GPA is a 4.0 (97 out of 100) and I'm not sure of my weighted GPA. I consistently got A's in all my classes.

EC's: Volunteering at a local soup kitchen (3 years) for 145 hours total
Math Team (3 years)
World Affairs Council (2 years)
Internship (senior year) for 1.5 hours every day after school
Golf Team (sophomore year)

BC: High match
BU: Match
UVA: High match
UVT honors: Reach (UVT regular is a safety; honors students at UVT are almost always Presidential Scholarship recipients, since they scored 31+ on the ACT or 2100+ on the SAT and get 3.8+ UW)
UMass honors: Low match (if getting 3.8+ weighted and 1300+ on the 1600 scale really was all it took, given that most non-ranking schools have only 10% or less having 4.0 UW, so I might be completely off about UMass honors; UMass regular is a safety)
