I am going to be a junior in september and I live in NJ. Since Rutgers is a New Jersey state college, what would be chances? My high school GPA is 3.2, I haven't taken the real SAT yet but i got a 1600(yea it sucks) in Princeton Review course, key club and international club for freshmen and sophmore year, and I plan on volunteering at a hospital 8 hours a week. I know my grades, scores, and ECs are terrible. What should i do so i can get a better chance for Rutgers?

well you know what you NEED to do.. so do it!
do more afterschool activities, volunteering's good but don't let any of that distract yo ufrom the SATs. and yes you nned to improve it to at least 1800 or 1900. :)
