What are my chances at UT and UTD?

As mentioned above, what are my college chances?

SAT: 1240
Extracirricular: NHS (senior year), SkillsUSA (senior), FCS (doesn’t think it matters), community hours, and summer programs, and UIL (but nothing earned)
Unweighted GPA: 3.99

I am currently taking 1 AP class (Physics), and two dual credit classes, but haven’t taken test. Sadly, I took 4 regular class in school. So, I am planning on taking 3 or 4 (Calculus BC, Government and Economics, and Physics C) AP courses for my senior year to make up for them. I plan on either taking dual credit English 4 or AP English 4 as the last class.

How are my changes if I plan on applying to the colleges on an engineering degree? If I can’t get in, what colleges would you suggest?
