GPA - 86.5 / 100 - Class does NOT rank

Boston University
Northeastern University
Penn State University
Stony Brook University
Albany University

Thanks in advance!

You are definitely a match for Penn State, Albany and Stony Brook…but your SAT is a bit low for Cornell…Please chance me if you have the time

Thanks 1995AB! I’ll chance you now!
After looking at your post, I should add some things to mine!

I took 38 college credits in HS, which is partly why my GPA is comparatively low.

AP Language - 4
AP Psychology - 3
AP Literature - Pending

Through CW Post
College Business Law - 6 credits
College Business Economics - 6 credits
College Real Estate Law - 3 credits

Syracuse University Project Advance
SUPA US History - 6 credits
SUPA Forensics - 4 credits
SUPA Sociology - 3 credits

New York University class - 1 credit

My essay is also quite outstanding, and my EC’s are solid; but I lack in the achievements department.(ie. National Merit)

Any more chance’ers? Thanks again!

I think your GPA is on the low side for Cornell and Boston. Actually, I’ll do it this way:

Cornell: Reach
Binghamton: Low Reach
Brandeis: Low Reach
Northeastern: Don’t know much about this school…
Penn: Match
Stony Brook: Match
Albany: Match

I would advise some safety schools! You can’t ever have too many…well, actually you can. But still…

Good luck! You’ll definitely get into one of these places!

Chance me back?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1426641-my-final-chance-thread.html

Chanced you back DevPatel144!

I also applied/got accepted to Molloy College.(My mother works here, so I can go for free)

If I don’t end up getting into Binghamton or one of my better schools, I’ll most likely go to Molloy(hopefully honors program) for a year and transfer out with a 4.0, which would hopefully offset my horrible HS GPA and allow me to get into Binghamton/Cornell.

Thanks for the chance-me! It would be great if I could get a couple more opinions!

Cornell: Reach
Brandeis: Low reach
Northeastern: High match
Penn State: Match
Binghamton: Match
Stony Brook: Safety
Albany: No clue…=P

Are you a junior? If so, ED at Cornell to increase your chances, ahah. With legacy, I think ED would help you more than usual.

@EliKresses, I wish I did apply early, but unfortunately no.

How come everyone seems to skip over BU? Lmao.

You could be admitted to all of these schools. Cornell is a bit tough to predict because of the different colleges. I think that New York state residents get some preference at the three state supported colleges.

Whoops. Match at BU.

Thanks Axelrod and Eli; and I really wasn’t calling you out or anything! It was just funny how all three people skipped over that one specifically, I thought I had no chance or something haha.
