Regarding the scores policy at Upenn, do i have to send the sat scores that i have taken even though i do not wish to?
You do not have to send SAT scores. Academically ur profile is strong, extracurricularly decent. Make sure your essays and recs are really good. Honestly, from my time on cc, I have learned that asking your peers is the worst way to gauge your chances at a selective college. I can’t tell you whether you have a great chance or not. I know that some of us (including me) are super anxious and need relief through the form of a “chance me” thread, but I assure you these threads are unhealthy for you (as they were for me). You have great shot at Penn. Just apply. You never know.
Just as @wassupwitit843 said asking anyone about your chances is a very unhealthy and naive thing to do. You definitely fit in their pool of applicants. Definitely apply and see where you stand!
True, I’ll just give it a shot and see what happens! @Danny3895 @wassupwitit843
So to clear things up, I have taken the Old sat three times and the act 3 times. Upenn does not require me to send old sat scores if i choose to send all of my act scores?
@Dreamitdoit sure, is the 34 mentioned above superscored? or is that one sitting…If that’s the case, stick with the test that includes your highest composite sitting…using ACT/SAT converters to figure it out. once again, take my advice with a grain of salt, do what seems best to you. This is what id do in ur shoes.
