What are my chances for g-town

<p>What are my odds? Will applying early help at all? I think not because it's EA.</p>

Age- 17
School Type- Elite Private/Prep school
State- New Jersey
Economic Background- Middle/Upper Class</p>

<p>UW GPA: 3.7
W GPA- 4.1</p>

<p>Classes/Grades:</p>

<p>Honors or High honors grades since spring of freshman year every term. </p>

<p>I have mostly A’s with a few B’s. I had a couple bad classes freshman year but I have been on an upward trend.</p>

<p>I am just about at the top 10% of my class (full of geniuses).</p>

<p>Taken 3 AP classes with all A’s.
Gotten all A’s and a few B’s in 3 years of honors math courses.</p>

<p>AP US History: 4
AP Biology: 4
AP English writing/comp: 4
AP Art, AP Psych: Will take senior year</p>

Leading program to get 100% of 18 year old+ students to register to vote.
Leader in New Student Orientation Program at school.</p>

<p>Your stats seem on par with all the statistical averages, that said, its Georgetown and with any selective college its a crap shoot to a large degree. My suggestion, apply EA since they only defer to RD, and hope for the best while trying to enjoy your senior year with as little stress as possible</p>

<p>Which school are you applying to at Gtown? College? MBS? SFS? SFS is somewhat harder than the other two that's why I ask.</p>

<p>I am applying to the college. I'm an undecided major but I may transfer into the business program after freshman year if that is what I want to go into. I talked to an admissions officer about this and she said it would probably work. Now all I have to do is get in......</p>
