So I am graduating Fall 2014 and am a math major thinking of doing a PhD.
I have As and Bs in Calc I-III, Differential Eq, Linear Algebra, Real Analysis, Abstract Algebra, College Geometry, Statistics, Combinatorics, Proof Theory. Basically most of the subjects you would expect in undergrad math.
Sadly I have a C in Complex analysis, and a D in Graph Theory (I hate it with a passion).
I have done undergrad research. I have also published a MOOC. I am a Pi Mu Epsilon member and will have an undergrad GPA of 3.6 is.
I can probably make a good score in GRE general but I am scared to death of the math subject test. I can get excellent recommendation letter though.
What do you think? What should I do? I am looking at good public universities.

You have to make it clear that what math you want to do is neither complex analysis nor graph theory.

The MGRE is mostly about calculus (including differential equations) and algebra (including linear and abstract algebra); ~70% of the test is about these two areas. Even with 66 questions in 3 hours it’s still a test of speed.
