What are my chances for Ivies?

I’m new here, so I’m not really sure how these threads and forums work. Bear with me, lol.
I am currently a junior in the IB program, and I have always aspired to attend an Ivy League school for as long as I could remember.
Here’s what I have so far:

GPA
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.69

EC
JV Tennis and JV Swim
(2 years so far each, and I do plan on taking both next year, hopefully varsity tennis)
IBSA
(class rep 10th grade, vp this year, and I’m anticipating to be president for my senior year)
I plan on co-founding a mental health awareness club with a friend starting next year
I was in Mock Trial my 10th grade year
Doing FBLA next year
3rd place district science fair (pathetic I know lol but doesn’t hurt to mention it… I think)
self taught pianist and violinist (if that even means anything)
Gardening Club
Love-a-stitch Club (sewing, knitting, etc.)

OTHER
Of course, I’ve gotten a lot of academic awards in school, but I can’t say I’ve gotten anything on a statewide or national level…
I don’t know if this means anything, but I likely don’t have to pay for any aid whatsoever.
I also planned on applying to Harvard for early decision
I do community service regularly, and I have my MYP certificates from freshman and sophomore year to vouch for it.
I am Middle Eastern-American, but have US citizenship.
I am applying to my local community hospital to volunteer on a basis.

I’m taking the SAT and ACT in June as well as several AP exams
I’m also taking calculus as a concurrent student at my local community college over summer this year
I know my stats are literally pathetic (spare me the remarks), but I have an undying passion and determination to become a cardiologist, and I want to make the most out of my academic career to reach my fullest potential.
Truth be told, there are many personal problems within my house that prevented me from utilizing more time to attain achievements on a statewide or nationwide level. Of course I regret it because I am painfully aware of my bland stats, so if you could recommend anything to me that I can possibly do over summer, I would much appreciate it. Of course, I know there is not much to do this late in the game, but I can take whatever I can get.

Without an SAT/ACT, who knows
Your grades are good but those alone will not carry you into an Ivy. You need ECs that help show your passion for something, and good trat scores

Yeah sorry I haven’t much information to base the chance off of.
I mean, I help my father research for his businesses and have done experiments with a couple of doctors/physicians, but I don’t know if I have a sufficient amount of substantial evidence from those to consider it extracurricular. I also have multiple social media for photography, art, and music respectively as well as manufacture some of my art into various goods through a website, but these kinds of ECs… I am not aware of how I would present that in a college app.
Thank you for your input.
