What are my chances for JMU?

<p>Hi, I'm currently a rising senior and I'd like to know my chances for JMU.

Sophomore:3.4
Junior:3.5
Senior: Est. 3.7-3.8
SAT Score - 1950
Taking it again this October and shooting for 2000+
Taking the SAT 2 for History and Math 1
ACT Score- 34</p>

<p>I think you’re good for GMU and CNU. You have a reasonable shot a VT. Apply to all of them. Although VT is a bit of a reach, it’s not so much of a reach that it’d be impossible for you to get in, espcecially if you end up with a 3.7-3.8 senior year GPA.</p>

<p>Your overall GPA is low for all those schools but your ACT score of 34 is great. It kinda screams lazy smart kid. I wouldn’t bother taking the SAT again. Just send the ACT. Also you don’t have many honors/ AP classes. How many are offered at your school? Why are you taking the SAT 2s? I don’t think any of those schools ask for them. Have some backups due to the GPA.</p>
