what are my chances for Michigan state university

I have a 3.9 GPA, 23 ACT, 2 varsity sports, NHS, a breast cancer awareness club at my school, and I also am involved in volunteering with special needs children on a weekly basis. MSU asked me to add more core classes to my senior schedule so I added four more including another AP class and an online math class that isn't given at my school. What are my chances im worried and still waiting to hear back!

Are you in-state or out of state? Is 3.9 weighted or unweighted? If it is weighted, what is your unweighted GPA? Baed solely on the stats that you gave me and assuming that you’re an in-state applicant, you should get in, but I need a lot more info to chance properly.

3.9 is unweighted I believe, and yes I am in state applicant. What other info can I give you to properly chance me!

With a 3.9 UW and a 23 ACT as an in-state applicant, you should get in as long as your essays and LORs are decent. They don’t need to be of outstanding quality, but of course that wouldn’t hurt. Your chances look good.

What is an LOR?

Very good odds.
