LORs (9/10) I am the only student from my school applying to universities abroad so they had a lot of time craft well-written recommendations.

Notre Dame is possible, not likely. I doubt of the others will accept you. All of these are very competitive. Good news is there are still thousands of colleges in the U. S. That would be happy to accept you.

Are you applying for financial aid ? If so, that is a very significant factor.

While your SAT score is low for these schools, your overwhelming strength is that you are a communicator in a variety of methods.

Can you tell me the top colleges/universities where I have a good chance?

I cannot assess your chances for admission to these schools because I do not know whether or not you are applying for financial aid & what is contained in the rest of your applications.

Your SAT score is not competitive for your listed schools, but your multi-faceted communication skills makes you an attractive candidate for admission.

Consider Grinnell College in Iowa.
