What are my chances for the Macaulay Honors Program at CCNY?

The following is a list of my stats

Indian, Female from southern part of New York (45 minutes from the city)

GPA: 92/100 UW (I think that's around a 3.6 to 3.7)

SAT: Critical Reading = 670, Math = 670, Writing = 740 (Although I am retaking SAT and taking ACT for the first time, I'll be recieving the scores too late for it to count for Macaulay - or so I've gathered from the official site which hasn't been updated in the past year)

Classes taken in high school - (Regents classes are normal, not advanced, classes)
(For clarification, Math A and Math B are, respectively speaking, 1.5 year courses which combine the study of algebra, geometry and trigonometry together; in other words, instead of taking Algebra, Geometry and Trig, I took Math A, Math A/B and Math B)

(9th grade)
Chem Honors (took Bio in 8th grade)
Math A/B Honors (took Math A in 8th grade)
Regents English 1
Regents Global 1
Regents French 2 (took French 1 in 7th + 8th grade)
Studio in Art (elective)

(10th grade)
AP Physics B (5 on the AP)
Math B Honors
English 2 Honors
Global 2 Honors
French 3 Honors
Graphic Design (elective)

(11th grade)
AP Chem (4 on the AP)
Pre-Calc Honors
AP English (5 on the AP)
AP US History (4 on the AP)
AP French (2 on the AP... suffice to say, my teacher barely prepared us for the AP; it was also my fault that I became lazy (junioritis -.-) and didn't (attempt to) self-study to earn a higher grade - I wonder if a low AP grade matters much anyway...)
Architectural Design

Most of my final grades for these classes were A's, with several B+'s here and there.

(12th grade)
AP Physics C
AP Calc BC
Mystery (.5 year English senior class - currently taking)
Creative Writing (.5 year English senior class - will be taking)
AP Statistics
AP Macroeconomics

Extracurricular Activities (and any positions held):
Science Olympiad (Secretary - 10th, President - 11th + 12th, also received several medals in the science competition)
Habitat for Humanity (Member since 9th)
Math Honors Society
Science Honors Society (Treasurer - 12th)
Key Club (Secretary - 11th, President - 12th)
[I originally planned on joining Gardening Club, French Club and my friend's new Knitting Club, but they conflicted with present extracurriculars. I also feel that taking on too many ECs is not something colleges would appreciate greatly. I probably should have been volunteering more, but I have volunteered for Habitat and Key Club so I do have a good number of hours.)

If Regents grades matter, I got a B+ in Bio and Chem, while all other Regents (for Math A, Math B, French, English, Global History, American History + Physics) were 95+.

Looking at these Stats, I know that I'm an average student. That's why I am unsure of my chances of getting into Macaulay @ CCNY.
I know that Macaulay has grown tremendously in terms of reputation. Five years ago, my brother applied with an GPA of a B and an (amazing) SAT score of 2190 with some ECs, yet he got in. Earlier this year, I looked at Stats and discovered that the GPA range had risen to an A/A+ and that the SAT range was relatively high.
Please tell me if I have a good chance for Macaulay (why or why not?).

Also, if I take the SAT this Saturday, will I be able to send the scores to Macaulay even though I'll receive scores after the deadline, or will they not accept it at all?

Thanks for your time!

I don’t know if it’s relevant anymore, but I am really impressed with the workload you took, and am curios to hear how college went, i too am looking into Macaulay at Queens Honors, possibly,
