Will I be able to get 100% percent scholarship considering the fact that I am resident of California?

Don’t count on it. It is quite difficult for even the best CA applicants to receive the Regent’s or Chancellor’s scholarship. From what I’ve read, only about 600 applicants are even offered a Regent’s scholarship to UCB and around 200 accept. If I were you, I would expect to have to pay in-state tuition, as am I with a 34.

No, you won’t get a 100% scholarship

Your academic profile looks good, but what is your UC GPA? What is your intended major?

Do note that UCB is highly selective, and no one is a sure pass.

What is your EFC? What is your family income? Use the Net Price Calculator to determine how much financial aid you can receive from UCB. Very few applicants get a full ride.

Each school’s website will have a NPC, so make sure you run the numbers so that you apply to schools that are affordable or where you can get the needed financial aid or merit aid.
