What are my chances in getting into these colleges?

Sorry in advance for this long post I am just really curious if I can get into these schools. Before I list my stats, I'll say that my school doesn't have an ap classes just a few honors classes and I've taken all of them. Weighted gpa is weird here. Instead of getting extra for ap classes we get a 4.3 for an A+ yet we are still on a 4.0 scale it's goofy.

White male
Oregon resident
Two wealthy parents
Junior in high school
GPA unweighted: 3.92
GPA with A pluses/weighted: 4.08
9 honors semesters (all that's offered)
SAT score: 1870 plan to take a second time
Subject tests: literature and us history both 750s
I might take the ap lit and us history exams in May idk yet but I'm well prepped
Class rank 7 of 51 (small school)
I have all the classes that are required and didn't take anything like yearbook. All my electives were like business or accounting.

ECs
4 years of varsity football
4 years of varsity track
Founder of forensics and debate team
Wrote for the school paper a few times
90+ service hours
Member of FBLA (future business leaders of America) at different school (wasn't a enough people at my school to start it here)
Worked summers at the local cannery
Activities director for student council junior year
Class representative freshmen year
Had scholarships to my school out of middle school (I go to private school) but don't know if I should list them) don't want it to see like I'm just listing everything I want to follow a pattern that shows passion in business and law
Placed in a couple essay contests very minor

Personal statements
I plan to write mine about how there weren't isn't lot of activities available or offered at my school so I had to take charge and made my own opportunities like establishing a debate team, pushing for honors classes, going to other schools for clubs, and I'm going to take a class at the local community college this summer and that will fall under those lines and I'm sure the ap exams would to. I haven't really gone through any major hardships so this is the best I got so far and would really like advice if feasible.

Also I plan to go into business undergrad and then law Grad. My electives and extracurriculars reflect the passion for those really well.

Colleges I plan to apply to
Standord - early action
U of pen - early action
Cornell - early action
Duke
Notre dame
Uc berkely
Ucla
Ucsd
Purdue

Sorry again for the long post I've just been stressing lately because of my lack of ap classes and my lower sat score. Nevertheless I'll take the best available and be happy and grateful with that. Any input on my stats concerning chances of admission into those schools would be grately appreciated.

I go to catholic school to so idk if that will help for notre dame or not

You maybe have a shot at Purdue.
No chance at any of the others.
Stanford, Penn or Duke with an 1870? You can’t be serious.
When you say you want undergrad business, in Penn’s case, that means Wharton. You are about 400 points away from being a competitive Wharton applicant. You really need to be looking at a very different category of school.

That was maybe a tad harsh. Really prepare well for your SAT retake. My daughter scored @ 1800 the first time she took it (winter of jr. year) and 2210 the second time. (She took it a third time and ended up with a 2250 superscore.) It can be done but I do agree that absent a pretty significant jump, most of your schools are probably huge stretches. One that jumps out to me that is pretty similar in some ways to ND is Villanova, and they are less selective, so you might want to add that as a more realistic option.

Mainly looking at the UCs. Thanks for the input will try and bring that sat score,up :)
