What are my Chances - International Student

My situation is a bit complicated. I'm not an American citizen so I have to apply as an international student. However, I did attend different high school in America for 9th and 10th grade. I had to move back to my country, due to financial reasons, and am now attending an international school that uses the A level curriculum. In order words, I have attended three high schools. Stats:

Majors: My parents and I are split on what major I should take, so we decided to choose depending on the university. Either civil engineering or economics.

Classes: A-level physics, chemistry, biology, mechanics, and mathematics. AS level English (no choice here). Computers.

SAT: Reasoning - 1970 (could have gotten way higher, but had no time to do a retest)
Subject Tests - Math 770 (1st test)
Biology 710 (2nd test)
Physics 680 (1st test)

TOEFL: IBT 117, no problems here

Sports: American Football 9th and 10th grade, Football (soccer) club 11th grade

No academic EC: this one may really kill me. I didn't do any EC when I was in America and my current school really has absolutely no ECs. Its too small.

I'll refrain from posting my grades. Apparently, universities only care about my A-level exam scores and my grades are barely considered. That said, for my 11th and 12th grade, I do get mostly A's for English, Mechanics, Biology and Computers, mostly high Bs for Mathematics, and rather fluctuating grades for Chemistry and Physics. My 9th and 10th grade grades are mostly A's or high B's.
In my defense, I can confidently say that my current school is significantly harder than most American high schools, and I have gone to a Top 40 American high school.

Universities:
1. University of Chicago
2. Duke University
3. Cornell University (2 phD alumni parents from here)
4. University of Southern California
5. Brandeis University
6. University of Rochester

Out of these 6, I'll probably only apply for 4 of them. Chance me plz?

bump. Please, i need some advice.

Math and Physics SAT II scores a little too low for engineering and having no EC prob gonna hurt your chances for Chicago, Duke and Cornell. Your 1970 doesn’t really look good too. Prob match for last 3 but reach for first 3.
