What are my chances into USC?

USC is my top pick for college. (usc - southern cal)

Gender: Male
Race: Filipino, don’t know if that counts as pacific islander or Asian.

My freshman gpa - 3.875 (I took out pe and health)

I relocated and moved my sophomore year, and it was really stressful and hard.

My sophomore gpa - 3.0 (I took out pe)
It was a really bad year for me. During sophomore year, I actually attended 2 schools each semester because I wasn’t fitting in and was bullied sometimes.

My Junior Year, I moved again to another state, Hawaii. Btw all these moves were because of parent jobs.
My Junior gpa is a 4.14. I was able to adapt pretty easily because of my last experience of moving. I was really motivated to improve and excel from last year.

EC’s and clubs
Freshman year - I did a homeless soup kitchen. Got 20 years. Played varsity sport and did club sport.
Sophomore year- Didn’t get involved in any school clubs because, like I said, I attended 2 schools. Played varsity sport and did club sport.
Junior year - NHS and tutoring. Played varsity sport and did club sport. My sport is really limited in Hawaii

Pre-Sat : 1400 (I have a tutor right now and trying to improve).
9-11 gpa : 3.71 UW and 3.81 W

How are my chances looking at getting accepted into USC?

Does USC add senior grades to cumulative gpa? Because I was planning on taking 4 Aps and 1 honors.

It seems like you have participated in some ECs, but I am not getting any sense of cohesion from them. What are you passionate about? How do your ECs/volunteering tie together to define you as a unique person? If I were an admissions counselor, I’m not sure I would remember your application among thousands. I think that if you can resolve this issue then you definitely have a decent shot at USC.

Also, regarding the issues faced due to moving around: make sure you explain these things in your essays. From what I hear, it sounds like they played a significant role in your high school experience. Try to think about what you learned from these experiences and how they made you a stronger person.

In terms of getting “Chanced” for USC, I suggest reading an excellent thread on the topic from the beginning…
