what are my chances into vanderbilt?

I currently am a high school junior and I was wondering if I had the chance of getting into Vanderbilt University.
Here are my stats:

ACT: 30 (however, I do plan on taking it again)
SAT: --
SAT II: --

Class Rank: 11/597
4.0 GPA

I know 3 languages

I am currently in the IB Program and I take the most difficult classes that are offered at my school.
Classes: IB English HL 1, IB Biology HL 1, IB Chemistry HL 1, IB Physics HL 1, Theory of Knowledge, Honors Spanish 4, IB Mathematics SL, and IB Psychology SL (the maximum number of classes allowed in my school is 8)

Extracurriculars/volunteering (currently):

Varsity Debate - won numerous trophies
Politics Club
Spanish Honor Society
Spanish Club
Math Club - attended some math competitions as well
Personal Tutor (currently tutor one student but I used to tutor 2)
Volunteer at 2 Hospitals
IB

EC's (past years)
Robotics (there were some issues that the team leader faced)
Swim Team
MYP
Numerous volunteer places
etc..

That is just the main things that I have done. However, I did not include the maximum hours for each.

Your GPA and a 32+ ACT combined are a match for Vandy, but those EC’s are a bit lacking. Do you hold any positions in these clubs? And also what do you want to major in? Your EC’s and the fact that you know 3 languages show that you are interested in something having to do with foreign languages.

I am a secretary of the politics club. Also, as a varsity member of the debate team, I have to advise and help out the novice debaters. This involves teaching and prepping them for debate tournaments. I do get appointed specific jobs in almost every single club. Like I said in my stats, I did not include the amount of time I spend on the activities. I usually am a very busy student.

As for my major, I am currently am thinking about biochem. However, I may change that later.

If you get your ACT up, then it would be a high match, assuming that is a unweighted GPA.

BUMP. Thank you for the info
