What are my chances of getting in?

Okay so I'm a junior from NJ and I really want to go to UMD, plus I have 2 already graduated first cousins who went their.

-I have a 3.85 weighted GPA (I know not great)
-1890 SAT score (taking it again next week for the second time hoping to rise above 2000 by the time I'm done with SATs)
-I have worked since freshman year so over 5000 hours
-4 years of soccer (2 years JV captain)
-3 years of indoor track
-4 years of club soccer
-1 year of baseball
-4 years of FBLA (future business leaders of america..club)
-4 years of DECA (another club
-NHS (nation honors society)
-130 hours of community service (approximate)
-top 25% of my class of about 290 kids

Thats pretty much it however my rank is low only because my class is sooo smart the top 20 kids all have a gpa above 4.55 so I barely stood a chance, but they don't have the same EC's as me. So I wanna know what else I can do to improve my chances and what my chances are. Please and thanks!

After hearing an engineering professor speak today to prospective students and parents during Maryland Day, he stated “Its not all about scores and grades, its about the whole picture and person as a whole.” I’d say you have a great chance with those extra curricular activities, amount of hours of community service, and maintaining a job since freshman year. If you dont get the score you want on the SAT, try the ACT in my opinion its easier. I dont think your cousins count as a legacy also.

Yah your cousins dont count as a legacy, but your ECs are amazing and your GPA looks great. Be sure to get your SAT scores up, and you will do fine!
