After you have researched the academics of CALS, and have an idea of what you want to do for your undergraduate years, you can then focus on preparing for the admissions to Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

You can click on the top-right to all three links to “The Academic Experience,” which basically explains the background on the academics at CALS; “Before You Apply,” which explains what you should do to prepare before applying to CALS; “How to Apply,” which will explain how to apply to CALS in an appropriate manner.
Now to analyze your chance… (What can you do to improve your chances):
In terms of academics, I would continue to keep up with your GPA, and showcase that upward trend. Continue to take challenging courses that show academic growth, and preparation for college courses. Additionally, I would retake the ACT, and attempt to rise to the 32-34 range, which will place you in the median of applicants who were accepted to Cornell University.
In terms of extracurricular and volunteer activities, don’t flood yourself with countless activities, rather stick to a few, and show your commitment towards them, and how they enhanced your ultimate experience in secondary education. For the most part, you seem to be doing a good job, as you are getting involved in school. Just make sure to highlight those key interests in the college application.
Other information in regard, make sure you start early and well-craft your personal essays, for they are an integral part of college admissions, and can potentially help you stand out. Proofread your essays, ask for appropriate help with teachers and close acquaintances, and even make multiple copies of that version, etc., so that you could “perfect” those essays.
When choosing to write those letters of recommendation, make sure you ask teachers, who not only could write about your academic interests, but you as a person. It’s not about getting an A in that teacher’s class, but also finding a connection with that teacher.
Final thoughts… Most importantly show FIT and your ultimate dedication to study CALS, which these should also help increase your chances, as they mark on those features.
You can do so much to maximize your chances. I wish you well with your studies, and continue to keep up the good word.
Let me know if you need help with anything else.
Thank you for your time!
