I'm taking SAT subject tests in December
Composite ACT: 30
I've been to three different high schools so the club choices have been different
Choir-4 years
Drama/Theater-4 years
Debate- 1 year
Science Club-1 year, it just started and I am President

I'm in the top 10% of my class out of 105 my GPA is about 3.8
I know JHU is big research school, but I haven't been able to work in any labs, but I might start one over the summer, but that's after I've Graduated. Will it hurt my chances? My parents and I don't have the transportation to get me to some labs and I have to work.
I am a black/hispanic female and my family's annual income is less than 20,000
I'm not sure if my rec letters will be good because this is only my second year at this high school, but I might be able to get one from my physics teacher and my principal.
JHU is my first choice and I want to be a biology major.</p>
