<p>I am an out-of-state student from Oregon. I have a 3.9 GPA unweighted and a 4.1 weighted. I have taken 7 AP classes and I am a member of competitive speech and debate. I have a ton of volunteer and service work. My test scores are average (25 ACT, 1790 SAT) But I really want to get in to Syracuse. I am applying Early Decision and seeking financial aid. What are my chances?</p>
