What are my chances of getting into UPenn, Brown, Cornell, JHU?

<p>Hi, I'm a junior right now. I'm planning to study medicine or fashion (i still don't know) but I'm not sure what schools I can get into with my scores and extracurricular activities. T.T

<p>I had slightly higher GPA and SAT and was waitlisted at Penn. You have more EC’s though. Wouldn’t get your hopes up, but you have as good a shot as anyone!</p>
