What are my chances of NYU Tisch High School Summer Program?

I applied to film and television and they sent me an email telling that I’m being waitlisted. It’s already been like about two weeks. I really want to call them up and ask about my status on the waitlist. However I’m afraid that I might seem to be impatient cause they said not to call. Does anyone know when is the deadline for the people who got accepted to send in the fee?

^^^ I feel the exact same way!
Confirmations were due on thursday so we better be hearing something TOMORROW

AHHH…I WANNA KNOW MY STATUS ON THE WAITLIST for FILM!!
Did anyone get any emails regarding their status on the waitlist??

I’m going to SINGAPORE for the film program!!! YAY.
I applied for the scholarship though…I wonder if they’re going to email me about it.
Does anyone know anything about the scholarship?
Is anyone going to Singapore for film??

Hey lalalaura, I was waitlisted for NY Actors Studio and I just heard today I got into Dublin. Any chance you know anything about the theatre program?

izzyizzle, the exact same thing happened to me, i also found out i got into the Dublin program yesterday for theater. i haven’t heard anything about it!! just that it’s very focused on irish-theater from looking at the website.

kbtexas, so I went on the site and read more on it - apparently the Dublin program does a performance at the end of the 4 weeks which is cool, since a lot of the new york programs don’t. I decided to go, I mean it would be great just to see Ireland right? You gonna go?

Yeah, I got in to the Dublin program too for film though I applied to the New York program. I’ve been looking into it and it seems like a better deal than the New York program, you get to go to more places, stay in apartments rather than dorms, and get more freedom. Also, someone should set up a facebook group for all the film kids. I know they have a page you can like, but that’s not the same.
