What are my chances of transferring from Cal State Los Angeles to San Fransisco State

<p>I will currently start attending CSLA this fall, 2013, and I want to transfer to SFSU in the fall of 2014. I will be of junior standing at CSLA and I was wondering if I could transfer to SFSU with a senior standing. I have no idea what to do.</p>
