What are my chances of transferring to Georgetown from Boston College?

I am currently a freshman at Boston College who is seriously considering transferring to Georgetown. For years Georgetown was my top choice but I decided not to apply there as a high school senior because I did not think I would be accepted. I am extremely curious to know what kind of chance I would have if I applied there this spring and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

HS GPA: 3.5 but there was a dramatic vertical ascent (Frosh year-3.07, Soph year- 3.5, Junior year: 3.79, Senior year- 3.75). I took a solid number of AP/honors courses.
In addition, my high school was a Jesuit prep school that had a good relationship with Georgetown. I also had a solid amount of extracurricular activities which included rowing (9 months of the year practice 6 days a week and would not get home until 7)

SAT: 600 Critical Reading and 650 Math
SAT II: 720 US History

College GPA: 3.604 (First Semester)

I think you have a decent chance. What extra circulars did you do? Any internships or anything like that? That might be a big factor.

Chance me for transferring
