you are very qualified. whether you will get in is something completely different that people on CC can’t tell.

also, side comment. while your 240 PSAT guarantees being a National Merit Semifinalist/Finalist (and judging from your list of activities, you will almost definitely receive a National Merit Scholarship), you probably shouldn’t list National Merit Scholar yet.

No one can tell you if you will get into Stanford from these board, but we can say that you are a very balanced and competitive applicant. Personally, I think you have a very good chance.

I believe you have a very good chance. Not only are you great academically but your ECs are good and the fact that you are an athlete will be very appealing to Stanford. Best of Luck!

I actually just finished applying so I wont be hearing back from my other schools until April.
Judging by your activities it seems as if you would be interested in some of the same schools as me, I applied to Duke, Penn, Yale, Northwestern, Michigan, Georgetown, Cornell, Vandy, and UNC.

Right now Duke is my top choice but that’s after Stanford which was by far my dream school, they were really rough this year so oh well…

btw, the name of the SAT in 8th grade award might be the Duke TIP program.
but you can’t put it because the awards section is only for 9th grade on.
