So I have been really freaked out about this. I have had straight A's in all honors (called CAS classes at my school) at a public school. This year, I am taking AP BC Calculus (among other AP's) and I am really concerned about my grades.I got an A first quarter, but my big question is how badly would getting a B second quarter hurt my chances of getting in? Currently I have an 83, but my teacher has only put two tests in, and am pretty sure that i got A's on the last two tests, so I am extremely concerned about what happens if I can't quite bring my grade up enough. Thanks!!! I can list my classes and activities if you need as well, and I am a legacy. My SAT scores have yet to come back too (although I'm almost certain that the ACT is the better test for me). Lol

If your test scores are very high and everything else looks good - you should be fine. Since it is just one grade, it should not change everything for you. I would try really hard to bring it up though, because you are in competition with a lot of other applicants just like you who are not getting a B in calculus.

Ok thank you!!
