What are my chances?

Hi, my weighted GPA is around 4.5 (out of 5). My unweighted is around 3.7. My SAT score is 2120 (only taken once). My ACT is 35. I am very active in my community. I have done 1 year of student union (I was student rep for the junior class and I plan to run for senior president). NHS (2 years) plan on becoming pres. I am secretary of French Club (been in it for one year and plan to be prez. next year). I'm in Alpine Club and have been for 3 years. I'm in Key Club and have been for 3 years. I'm in Youth in Government (2 years and 1 year being part of the leadership team, there are no chairs such as president)). I'm in Jazz band and have been for 3 years. I'm in Symphonic Orchestra (2 years) and Symphonic Band (2 years) and Pit Orchestra (2 years). I also joined Model United Nations (first year). I tutor a fellow peer and I've only started this year. Also, a new club was created, (Student Action Committee) and I'm also a part of that. I've also been a member of the University of Michigan Youth Symphonic Orchestra as well as University of Michigan Youth Band (for 2 years). I'm a volunteer at the local hospital and I've volunteered about 350 hours so far. Also, I'm working on my Eagle Project and will most likely be an Eagle Scout (Been in scouts for 5 years). I'm only a junior and I plan on improving my grades and EC's.
Question is: What do you guys think my chances are at making it into a BS/MD program?
Or should I go pre-med and see if I get into med school that way?
I'm planning on majoring in Biochem, does that seem right to you?
Undergrad school recommendations? THANKS. THIS IS A REALLY LONG POST!

your EC’s are great! just maintain those positions and work hard on your GPA and most schools consider the CR and Math of the SAT most. What’s your score on that? this is just an estimate it looks like it is in the 1400 area which is very strong. A 4.5 GPA is adequate for the vast majority of schools.
