what are my chances

I'm a US citizen, I moved from the states when I was only 2 years old. My parents moved to Israel.
my GPA score is pretty high: about 3.7-3.8 out of 4, unweighted
SAT scores: (610 math, 420 critical reading, 550 writing, 9 essay)
My main problem is the critical reading which I don't know how to improve.
My toefl ibt was: 76/120. I'm going to retake it.
I played soccer for 5 years, tennis and other kinds of sport.
I'm about 10% or even 5% top students in my class out of 40.
My high school is in top 15 nation schools in Israel.
now I already applied to Colorado State University,Temple, Florida International University, U of Maryland College Park, James Madison, U of Miami Ohio).
What you think are my chances to get accepted to those universities?
I thought to apply to University of South Carolina-Columbia, which is the best universityin United States for International Business, which is my Major. But I'm not sure if I have any chance.

Your high GPA virtually ensures that you will make it to at least one of those state schools. Most of them appear to be matches.

All of those schools are matches because of your high GPA.

Chance me

You will get into at least one or two on the list, your SAT is a little low, but the GPA compensates. Though you will probably be viewed as an international applicant which will lower the financial aid you receive.
