I am quite nervous about the poor SAT reading and writing score I received; however, English is not my first but third language although I've been living in a third world English speaking country for 6 years. Do you think the colleges will take that into consideration? What are my chances? Please let me know your view

They are all high reaches for you. Your Extra-Curricular activities are strong, but your GPA is not competitive and your SAT Scores makes your chances to getting in even lower. If you give me any possible majors I can suggest schools that are a better fit to you. If you get attached to one of these schools, go ahead and give it a shot. But keep in mind your GPA and SAT relative to the hundreds of 4.0 GPA, 2200+ applicants to top schools. Despite the fact that English is not your first language and you’ve been living in a third world English speaking country, this cannot be justified at schools like Princeton or Yale.
