What are my chances

<p>I'm a freshman in college, going to be a sophomore in the fall my cumulative GPA is a 2.8 after two semesters. I'm trying to be a transfer student to either Syracuse, temple or Rutgers new Brunswick schools of arts and science. I just want some advice on what my chances would be if I applied to these schools now or waited another year or semester and then applied. What would be my best option? My high school GPA is a 3.3 and my essay is solid </p>
