The aice program is a rigorous college AP level program and if you pass six of the exams you get an AICE Diploma. The diploma has three levels, pass, merit, distinction, and I was the first in my school to reach the highest level.

Also, if you have any recommendations for other schools I should apply to, that would be really helpful. My current list is Duke, Vanderbilt, University of Florida (FL Resident), Georgetown, and Upenn.

Your standardized test scores will be an impediment, making all but U of FL reach schools.

University of Florida - Reach. Other colleges chances are very low; may be very good creative essay and good recommendation may help, but your SAT and GAP is low. Try taking SAT one more time and SAT Subject Tests.

I got my ACT up to a 32, my recalculated UF GPA is a 4.2 and their midrange is 4.1-4.4, and I have a recommendation from Vanderbilt’s dean of undergrad admissions. UF doesn’t accept any letters of recommendation though.
