What Are My Chances?

I’m currently in Junior year, and currently worrying about college. I can’t help but feel like I’m not doing enough to get into a good college. I know that its common, but I still can’t stop worrying. My GPA is a 3.0 (only including freshman and sophomore year) I’m taking Honors English and History currently, and next year I will be taking Honors Gov and Econ, AP Psych, and 2 honors sciences. I’ve been participating in Gay Straight Alliance at my school for the past 3 years and plan on continuing it next year. I only have a few hours of community service , but I’m doing 2 internships over the summer and 1 over senior year. 2 of them will be at a hospital as I plan on going into a science major and want to end up being a doctor. I do plan on working more at community service. What are some colleges that I have chances of getting into? I’m looking to stay on the east coast or California, but in the end open to anywhere.
