<p>I have a GPA of 3.7,but i scored low in the SAT's, I have 1130 in total,i have a great transcript, a good record, a lot of community service,such as interact club and i'm in the top tenth,do i have any chance to get into Montclair State University, Rutgers University(New Brunswick) or Ramapo College?</p>
