I came across multiple articles, which stated that the due to the rigorous nature of the CIE curriculum, the exams are given honors i.e A= 4+1 GPA and a B = 3+1 GPA.
Besides that, I have amazing EC activities over a broad spectrum ranging from leadership and sports achievements to acting achievements. I won`t go into much detail with the ECAs.

If your range is 1800 to 2100, those SAT scores are below the average admit to Berkeley.
You do realize that there is no financial aid for international students to the UC’s, right? So your costs would be $55K per year.
The UC’s look at GPA and test scores first. If those aren’t within their acceptance range it will be difficult since the business majors are impacted.
The EC’s and essay may sway an adcom but those SAT scores will come back to haunt you. Since you don’t have the results yet, come back with the scores so that people can help.
You should go onto the UC Berkeley or general UC website and locate the page where they explain their system for weighing GPAs. It is based on academic grades in 11th and 12th grade, weighted for advanced coursework. If your UC-GPA is under 4.0 your chances at Berkeley are exceedingly slim.
