I suggested you look at Miami of Ohio in Comment #1 in this thread. It provides a nice, simple chart that shows the range of merit aid an applicant might expect based on grades and test scores. You are on the top line so might be in line for a 1/2 to full tuition scholarship (not room and board). Note they super-score for admission AND aid. Also, a student must apply by Dec. 1 to be considered for merit aid. It’s a good school–nice campus–and has engineering.

The school in Florida is the University of Miami. This one is Miami University and is in Ohio and is usually called Miami of Ohio, since most people think of Florida when they hear Miami.

(The Miami are a Native American tribe whose lands had been in the Great Lakes region, including Ohio, which is where the school’s name comes from.)
