I did bad the first two years of high school, but did excellent Junior year, and the beginning of Senior year? I am a C average student that has had to retake a few classes. Also consider the fact that I do a lot of community service outside school. I am wanting to know so I don’t waste my money applying to a college I can’t get into.
sat/act?
I meant to say I was a C average student the first two years. Now I get A’s. SAT 1250, 24 ACT.
If you are really ready to buckle down, you may be an excellent candidate for going to your community college and transferring into your flagship university where you can get a great and inexpensive education.
Any geographic limitations?
Kansas State, Nebraska, Kansas, west Virginia, Colorado State, Nevada,Wyoming, Ohio University.
What state are you in? How much can your parents pay without borrowing? Finances will determine a lot.
Try using the College Board’s search tool to get an idea of what colleges may be matches based on your UW GPA and test scores. Once you have some ideas you can look at regions and costs to narrow the list.
@stark3yboiii How much are your parents willing to pay per year?
Location and cost should be your starting point. A lot of states have state college and universities and not everyone was an A student to start. The upward trend is what is important. I think you could have many options. Merit scholarships may not be as easy so budget will have to be taken into account.
