What are some ideal ECs for an ivy-league Law School application?

The topic pretty much says it all.
I will be attending UCLA starting this Fall and I don't want to waste time. I was wondering, with your experience, what would be the best extra-curricular activities?

I would think club membership and internships, but I don't know.
This isn't exactly high school where there's so much EC possibility.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Whatever you love doing....DO IT!

any as long as you show passion and dedication

activites which you enjoy that teach you to think, evaluate and analysis -- also activities where you speak in public. This could take a million different forms -- but I would say something like being the webmaster for a club would not be nearly as helpful as being the public spokesman for a club.

Think debate and forensics, intern at a law office, philosophy or religious studies clubs.

Thanks for all the tips!
I'll be sure to take that into consideration.

And very good ideas hsmomstef, I'll especially try to do those.

Your ECs aren't very important.

There is no "Ivy League" of Law Schools. Princeton, Dartmouth, and Brown don't even have Law Schools.

For law school, your LSAT is the most important factor, then your GPA. Go to college, have fun, do well, and don't worry about this for another two or three years.
