Thanks
FWIW I think the Bloomberg ratings are terribly flawed – significant problems with the methodology. In fact Bloomberg itself recognized how flawed their ranking were that they will no longer do undergrad b-school rankings. https://■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■/pulse/commentary-todays-bloomberg-businessweeks-business-ranking-byrne It is fine to use the Bloomberg list as a list of schools, but do your own research to determine which are the “best”
If you want suggestions please give academic stats, what you can afford, and any other preferences.
@happy1 I posted that to show the OP the “top” schools (that anyone can google).
GPA: 4.4 weighted
ACT: 34 superscored, SAT: 1520
10 AP Classes, seven 5s on tests
I’m looking for the best business schools in the northeast. No price issues
Take a look at Babson. If you like what you see, look at overlaps in the college guides.
Those Bloomberg rankings are humorous. The only thing they get right is salary…and money talks. Wharton is as good as it gets, especially for undergrad.
I would default to US News for this review. Wharton, MIT, Stern…it’s a reasonable list.
Most of the best business schools are graduate only. Wharton, MIT and Stern are exceptions.
USNWR does have a ranking of undergrad business schools (but I believe you have to pay to get past the top ten on the list).
Besides Wharton, MIT and Stern - Cornell and Carnegie Mellon both have excellent top 10 undergraduate programs.
BC, Lehigh, Bentley are all great schools. What career are you looking for? Business is quite vague. Accounting, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Fin, Marketing / Brand management, etc.
