Chances for Fisher have always been low - for everybody. Decades ago, when Penn C&S accepted 30+% of applicants, Fisher was already below 10%. It’s considerably lower than that now.

ECs before Grade 9 are generally not considered relevant.

By definition, a person who is paid is not a volunteer.

sometimes known as voluntourism and is a really good way to get top schools to see you as entitled (which is not generally viewed as a good thing)

M&T notes that accepted students’ “extracurricular activities display true leadership and initiative above their peers”, which I don’t see in your description, and that they “have interests in both business and engineering as well as in the intersection of the two disciplines”, which there is no evidence of in what you have provided.

Also, no CalcBC next year?

I do not see it happening. Especially as an international applicant, your EC are mediocre. Plus no awards is a drawback.

@Vid Your chances are ok-ish/decent. You are definitely well within the feasible range for admission to M&T, but of course there are going to be many M&T applicants with more competitive profiles (perfect GPAs, top scores, and really amazing/unique ECs). But as I said you are definitely within the feasible range for admission. I wouldn’t really be surprised with either outcome.
