What are YOU avoiding?

I'm currently in denial about my summer reading assignments. Haha, they're nowhere near done (or even started, for that matter).
Other than that, I am dedicated to NOT thinking about SATs and SATIIs (but of course, that's all my parents want to talk about).
So what are you guys avoiding? Are you deep in denial like me?

Oh, yes, certainly. I have a bucketload of things I’m choosing to procastinate on/avoid.

SAT I’s (it’s all MY parents want to talk about too…)

SAT II’s

ACTs

College essays

Intel/Siemens paper and application

Summer reading (I go back to school in 2 weeks, have not started…)

IB Bio summer work

College applications in general

I am in deep, deep, deeeeeeep dodo…

^Now I feel like an underaccomplished procrastinator  thanks, collegeluva: now I need to find more stuff to put off ;)

2 weeks until school starts LOL.

I’m doing Precalc over the summer. Done 1 chapter out of 12
AP Chem work, haven’t started on lol.
Haven’t started studying for the SAT/ACT -.-
Haven’t done anything meaningful ^_^

UGH WHY AM I EVEN ON THIS SITE.

I feel better now, but that will probably be me in 2 weeks…

summer homework

I do my SAT prep religiously. I don’t know why I can’t be bothered to finish a packet I started and write an essay on a book I read.

also chores, namely cleaning the bathroom. I’m always avoiding that.

I’m done with the SAT, ACT, SAT Subject Tests, and probably AP tests forever. I have no summer homework, and I’ve finished my Common App essay and most of my supplement essays. :D

Stuff I should be doing:

 • Taking a shower
 • Preparing for my classes next year
 • Writing a couple supplement essays
 • Filling out the Common App some more (but there are so many glitches in it right now!)

Was trying to self study chemistry… Chapter 1/20 for about 5 weeks!

I’ve been avoiding so much. Maybe even too much. I have compiled a list of most of it.
-about 70% of my summer homework (still need to start APUSH and AP English…)
-cleaning my room
-taking practice PSAT, ACT, and SAT tests
-my summer fitness plan (run in the neighborhood every morning for at least 30 minutes. lol.)
-volunteer applications
-sleep

This will all probably bite me in the butt the day before school starts, but it’s not like it hasn’t happened before or anything… YOLO, right?

Getting into a relationship before college starts in just about two weeks. This girl admitted that she has a crush on me yesterday; however, I can’t do a long distance relationship!

Lit packet. Somewhat neglecting ACT. I say somewhat because I’m studying for precalc and reading a book to try and improve my math skills and reading comprehension. Also for english, I read comments and poorly written assignments and fix their grammar mistakes. I’ll study for ACT after august 28( precalc test out exam).

I need some SAT motivation! Are y’all planning to take the SAT/ACT in Oct or Nov? Or later on?

Common app essay, supplemental essays, summer assignments, laundry, school supplies shopping, and finishing my college list. Those will all get done before school… hopefully. In the meanwhile, Breaking Bad on Sunday. (!!!)

Summer reading, common app essays, supplemental essays, SAT 2 prep, and ACT prep

Finishing my APUSH summer assignment even though I’ve been in school since Wednesday (don’t start that class until Monday though). The sad part is all I have left to do is watch a 2.5 hour movie lol.

Other stuff like SAT prep, doing my English homework, and studying for my statistics quiz on Monday.
