what are you guys most worried about?

med school is a huge commitment, but what is your biggest worry?

mine is having a family. i know i will be able to handle the work and hours b/c im passionate about being a doctor - but i'm still worried about having time to get married and have time for my family.

yea, family is a worry- but if i graduate college in 4yrs i'll be 20, so by the time i'm done with med school and residency i'll hopefully be 28. not too old. and hopefully my sig. other will have a less time consuming job. i want around 4 kids! haha.

more than that, i worry that after college and med school i will find myself completely unhappy with my decision and have essentially "wasted" years. just a lil thing i panic about ever now and again.

I think im most worried about those looooong nights and talllll cups of coffee lol

In the immediate future:
* Finishing the six essays I have due in my IB courses by the end of the week without going insane :eek:

In general:
* Choosing a college/major/career ... making decisions in general, really
* Getting married; staying married; having a family (would require overcoming my fear of commitment)
* Balancing work and everything else
* Getting US permanent residency
* Anything financial
* General long-term happiness

I worry a lot.

i was thinking about that also...college+medschool+residency, i'll be around 28...i dont think its an old age to get married ... =/
