@1214mom - could you send me the vrbo link? We are planning a trip to Nashville for D’s birthday later this year. Thanks.
The property number is 2604610.
We had 6 people and we all thought it was very nice.
The office/3rd bedroom was pretty small/the bed a little difficult for 2 people, but it worked (and it was obvious in photos, so we weren’t surprised).
It’s winter, I’ve never been to Nashville - was the rooftop useable? Looks like a super place to me!
We stayed at an Airbnb a few weeks ago in Mammoth for our family ski trip before Christmas. We had never stayed in this development before although we have stayed in many Airbnb’s in Mammoth. The place was good as it had underground parking and ski lockers and we had 2 parking spaces and H’s truck fit just fine. There were only 5 of us staying and the place had 3 bedrooms and two baths as well as an open loft space where 4 more people could sleep. Our complaints were that when you have a place that can sleep 9-10 people you need to have dishes, cups and silverware for at least that many people. The microwave was so complicated it took my electrical engineer H to finally figure it out. They had TV’s in all of the bedrooms and a TV in the family area, but none of the TV’s were smart TV’s.
YES - it was actually quite warm while we were there, and the rooftop was nice. If we were inclined, we could have sat up on the rooftop and probably listened to the televised NYE concert going on 2-3 blocks away. (We did get awakened by the fireworks at midnight )
Just back from our Christmas holiday after spending 10 days at the AirBNB my D rented for us. (She only has one guest room.) My younger D and partner stayed there as well. I think it was perfect for what we needed.
We had a check list of items the owner asked us to complete before leaving: run the dishwasher, put the sheets in the washer, put the towels in a laundry basket by the washer/dryer, and sweep the floor. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels–there weren’t any extras in the apartment. We went to the store and bought what we needed and left it there. The owner lived in the main house on the property, but you could only contact him via AirBNB. My D sent a message about the supplies, but we didn’t get a response until the following day.
I did send the VRBO number, but failed to respond directly to you earlier.
It’s a couple of posts up.
@1214mom - thanks!
