What book are you currently reading?

I remember being a freshman...

Anna Karenina- Leo Tolstoy.

Dostoevsky's better though...

Eewwww^^^^^. Sounds boring. And long.

edith hamilton's mythology because i have to for school.
9th grade.

^^You are a freshman in high school?

I've been reading Atlas Shrugged for about a month now (it's over a thousand pages from cover to cover and one of the most long-winded books ever written, but surprisingly good). High school, but only for 4 more months.

I'm thinking of reading something by Ayn Rand, because people on CC have a sick obsession with her. But I have a feeling I'd die of boredom. What should I read first, if I decide to?

rockermcr, I would start with Anthem, it's fairly short and a pretty good read.

Rocker: Atlas Shrugged. My AP Eng. teacher is in love with it.

Raise high the roof beam, carpenters and Seymour an Introduction

I started this thread a while ago and never even answered my own question.

Long Day's Journey into Night by Eugene O'Neill. Actually a play.

Hidden Passions
Long Hard Road Out Of Hell

Uncle Tom's Cabin - Harriet Beecher Stowe
