What calculator should I get? Ti 89?

So yesterday I finished my BC calc exam and I was frustrated when I talked to one guy who said he could integrate all of the Taylor series on his ti89. This really annoyed me because my ti84 couldn't do that at all and the integrating was quite tedious. The class is based off a curve so that also wasn't fair since he obviously will destroy it. My question is, what calculator should I buy? I will be in calc 3 my senior year In high school and want a crazy good one to do complex calculus on. It should also be somewhat user friendly or similar to the ti84. Thanks

TI-Nspire CAS CX

Ti 89 is pretty nice but it really depends on your college plans. If you’re only going to take calc 3 and forget about math the 89 is good enough. If you plan on majoring in anything mathematics you might as well go for a better calculator.

I have a Casio Prizm FX-CG10 and it works great for me. The math whiz guy that helps with AcaDeca recommended it.

TI - 84 plus is the best.

Ti-89 titanium is best for calculus courses.

Yeah integrating Taylor series on a calculator will really develop you math skills  if I were the teacher I wouldn’t allow it.

ti-84 is good enough. However if you really want a new calculator the ti89 titanium looks quite nifty to me!

I had a TI 84 from my freshman to junior year of high school. My TI 89 has lasted me from senior year of high school to senior year of college. It is fantastic and very much like the TI 84. It is especially important to have if you plan on studying a physics or math intensive major in college.
