What can you do to stand out during the Wash U application process?

Hi, I’m a junior in high school and I’m really interested in attending Wash U. I am planning to apply for Early decision. What can I do and what did you do to help you get in? I know grades and standardized test scores are important, but what can I do outside of that? What helped you get in besides grades? I wanna do as much as I can in my junior and senior year to help my chances. I’ve looked at all the options, and I know that I wanna go down the pre-med route. I did visit Wash U yesterday and had an on-campus interview that went very well.

You should post this to the WashU page - someone there should be able to give you some feedback.

Good Luck!

@nugraddad this is the WashU page… @adisomi why did you do an interview in the fall of your junior year? You’ve only completed the first half of high school.

dartagnaneb - Yes, NOW it is on the WashU page. Originally it was not. Mods must have moved it. HTH
