^personally i think alot of that weight can be easily reduced by just not eating around 9'0 clock at night or something like that... I mean i wasn't overweight but i did have my high point 2 yrs ago and it took me a yr to lose 15 lbs.. but i realized i could do it just by cutting down alittle... Drink some green tea XD

But obese people should be treated with respect... You should always show basic human respect to anybody!

Agreed...but like I said earlier, sometimes it's very hard not to say something when they dress inappropriately for their body.

I've seen girls in the 200+ range wearing stuff that I wouldn't even wear...and I'm not even close to being overweight...much less 200+.

I had an ankle sprain during a dunk contest, and it was a pretty bad one. The doctor said that it would be a month before I could walk. Anyway, I was in bed for 2 weeks, getting up only to go to the bathroom and to cook. I lost NINE POUNDS during that period. From 145, I dropped to 136.
So if you want to lose weight, find a something that will keep you from making dinner or eating three times a day.
I didn't to lose weight though. And now, I can walk despite what my doctor said. I have already gained 4.5 pounds back. I hope I will be able to run soon so I can get ready for the varsity team.

I didn’t know all white girls were viewed as easy. I think that is just your bias shining through in your post!

^Bumping a 7 year old thread… Interesting.
